Executive Producer - Entertainment Ad Sales, Brand Solutions

* Job Summary
Jiostar Creative Works acts as a fulcrum, anchoring the shaping of ideas and seamless execution for the JioStar Entertainment Network. The team helps brands with their business challenges by weaving in seamless brand communication through in-show integrations, character-led narratives, tentpole solutions, on-ground activations and branded content across TV & Digital.
This team’s offerings are high-impact, culturally relevant, and scalable entertainment solutions that go beyond traditional FCT.

This role is part of the Impact Solutions team (Regional), within the Entertainment Ad Sales division, responsible for high-impact properties across the Regional Portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for ideating and building creative, content-led brand integration opportunities rooted in consumer insights, show narratives, cultural moments, and advertiser objectives. The role requires close collaboration with frontline sales, programming, marketing, and production teams.

The individual must bring a creative mindset, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and a strong understanding of Broadcast & Digital media to deliver differentiated entertainment-led solutions.

* Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into powerful creative solutions, using category insights audience behavior, and brand narratives to unlock monetization.
• Lead end-to-end project management from ideation, creating presentations, pitching – as & when required, pre-production alignment, shoot supervision (where relevant), and post-production delivery.
• Partner with frontline sales to decode brand briefs and craft actionable concepts that are editorially feasible and commercially viable.
• Spot integration and content opportunities across shows, characters, episodes, special events and digital extensions based on the client ask.
• Strengthen the sales funnel by sharing category ideation decks, competitive MIS and show-led solutions with sales teams.
