Executive Producer - North Regional & Kabaddi

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Executive Producer to create and manage engaging sports content for television and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the Bhojpuri language, excellent editorial skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced live sports broadcasting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee Bhojpuri language sports content for television and digital platforms.

• Write, translate, edit, and proofread scripts, graphics, tickers, and promotional content in Bhojpuri.

• Coordinate closely with commentators, anchors, editors, and production teams to ensure seamless execution during live broadcasts.

• Ensure factual accuracy, language quality, editorial consistency, and timely delivery of all content.

• Monitor live sporting events and prepare engaging pre-match, live, and post-match content.

• Adhere to editorial guidelines, broadcast standards, and quality benchmarks across all content.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Bhojpuri and Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in sports broadcasting, digital media, television production, or content creation is preferred.

• Excellent writing, translation, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities during live events.

• Passion for sports and a strong understanding of major sporting events and tournaments.
