Executive Producer - Programming (Original IPs and Social Media), Sports

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced sports media environment and can transform strong ideas into compelling content across television, digital, and social platforms. You will steer a wide slate of premium formats, including documentaries, player features, non-live special shows, AI-driven features, multi-cam events, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution: Drive original IPs from ideation, research, and scripting through to final delivery.

• Run the production floor: Manage multi-location shoots, overseeing budgeting, logistics, crew management, and production schedules under tight deadlines.

• Manage talent: Work directly with talent - including cricketers, experts, creators, and celebrities, during shoots and promotional campaigns.

• Drive cross-functional synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with Live, Marketing, Digital, Technical, Design, and Social Media teams to ensure creative alignment.

What We Are Looking For

• 7 to 10 years of experience in television, sports broadcasting, or premium original programming.

• A deep understanding of cricket and other sports

• Exceptional editorial and narrative skills, with a meticulous eye for detail in scripting and structuring stories.

• Strong project management capabilities, including hands-on knowledge of post-production workflows.

• Proven stakeholder management, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

• Technical skills: well-versed in leveraging the latest AI tools for video and audio production.
