  • This is a pure hunting role, focused on driving growth through proactive prospecting and new business development.

We're Hiring an Executive Sales Representative - (New Business Only ) in the West!

What You'll do:

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Develop and execute territory growth plans targeting municipal wastewater utilities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000, plus commissions. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem, we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
