CPM Ireland is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Expenses and Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll function on a part-time basis. This administrative role responsible for assisting with expense processing, payroll administration, document management and maintaining accurate records.

Working closely with the Payroll Manager and wider payroll team, the successful candidate will help ensure payroll and expenses processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within payroll, finance and administration.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week across 3 days. The role will support routine payroll and expense administration deadlines, including document collation, approvals tracking, record maintenance and preparation of information for review.

Specific days and working arrangements may be agreed based on business requirements.

Qualifications

  • This is a junior or entry-level position.
  • Previous experience in administration and/or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) preferred.
