Summary
We’re looking for a technical team leader who combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering in C#.You’ll lead a team of 9 engineers working on API gateways, Syslog export services, and integration management for the ESET XDR platform. The team owns the full software lifecycle — from architecture and development through CI/CD and monitoring to 3rd-level production support.
Job description
This is not a pure management role — you’re expected to stay close to the technology, support technical decisions, and actively help the team solve engineering challenges.
Expected split: ~70% technical / 30% leadership.
The team is based in Brno (Czechia) and collaborates closely with engineering teams in Kraków (Poland) and Bratislava (Slovakia).
