Introduction

GlobalFoundries is seeking an Experienced Reliability Engineer to support the qualification and reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies. In this role, you will work closely with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and Design teams to ensure robust process reliability, support technology qualification, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Job
