Sewer Cleaning Company is hiring an experienced plumber. If you know your trade, carry your own tools, and don't need anyone standing over your shoulder, keep reading.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- You'll handle service and repair across residential and multifamily buildings in Greater Cleveland.
- Day to day that means:
- Water lines, drains, fixtures, boilers, and plumbing stacks: repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance
- Working professionally in occupied units, on jobs that come to you already scheduled. You're not bidding it, selling it, or chasing anyone for payment
- Rotating on-call for emergencies, with an occasional evening or weekend when it's your turn
- Our sewer crews handle the mainlines and heavy blockages, so you're not fighting a machine in a crawlspace by yourself.
What You Need:
- Solid on local code and OSHA
- Reads blueprints and diagrams
- Own tools, valid license, and reliable transportation
- Can lift 50+ lbs and work in confined and elevated spaces
- Professional and courteous in occupied units
