Export Documentation Specialist

What you'll do
- Prepare export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments.
- Process and validate commercial invoices, COOs, Free Sale Certificates, and other country-specific documents.
- Communicate with stakeholders such as the sales team, warehouse/loading facilities, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA, State Department, and customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments.
- Maintain organized and cataloged export files.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
- Manage sample procurement, packing, and shipment via UPS/DHL.
- Prepare export documentation for trade shows and marketing activities.
- Support the international sales team on assigned tasks

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move, and pack boxes; walk to and interact with the warehouse regularly
