Job Description
ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with supervisors who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.
About the Opportunity
We need Supervisors to help run the work on site. Opportunities exist across the following areas:
- Earthworks
- Structures
- Drainage
- Concrete
- Temporary Works
- Plant, Equipment & Facilities
You will lead your crew on site and report to the Superintendent.
Key Accountabilities
- Keep the crew safe every day
- Lead and guide your team on site
- Check work meets the plan and standard
- Manage plant, equipment and facilities on site
- Sort out problems fast
- Keep daily records and reports
- Talk with engineers and other trades
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience supervising civil works
- Background in earthworks, structures, drainage or concrete
- Experience with plant, equipment or facilities
- Good with people and teams
- Ready to work a 2/1 roster
