This is an expression of interest opportunity designed to connect with talented Senior Business Analysts who are interested in upcoming roles as they become available.

 

The opportunities to join our team

Our Business Analysis capability partners with business, operations and technology teams to shape and deliver complex initiatives. Opportunities may include Successor Fund Transfer programs, operating model design and implementation, business integration, platform or administration change, process transformation, data migration, operational readiness and post-implementation stabilisation.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Senior Business Analyst experience within demanding, complex project environments.
  • Direct Successor Fund Transfer experience in superannuation or insurance.
  • Experience defining or implementing current-state and target operating models.
  • Strong business process analysis, requirements elicitation and traceability capability.
  • Experience across business, operations, data, technology, risk and regulatory impacts.
  • Delivery experience involving platform migration, administration transition, business integration or data migration.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, tight timeframes and multiple stakeholder groups.

What You'll Bring

  • A proactive, structured and hands-on approach from problem definition through to implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, process designs and practical delivery outcomes.
  • Experience producing high-quality analysis artefacts such as process maps, requirements, business rules, impact assessments, operating model artefacts and acceptance criteria.
  • Sound judgement and resilience when working under pressure in demanding delivery environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
