Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Manual Posting Team in Latin America. The associate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of invoice registration for P&G suppliers across the Latin American region. A key task is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, as well as the resolution of related issues to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse documentation, adapting to country-specific needs and volume peaks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow country-specific SOPs and the Tax Decision Tree.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage invoice flow and troubleshooting for issues (e.g., missing info).
• Handle complex documentation for multiple Latin American countries.
• Meet defined KPIs

• Overal skills:

• Communication: Ability to communicate issues in a clear and understandable way to those unfamiliar with the nature of information to gain a desired outcome.
• Language English (medium): The person must be able to understand and elaborate emails to resolve issues.
