What you'll do

  • Support F100 hot section engineering investigations, daily responses to technical questions and field communications
  • Occasional travel will be required to support the Analytical Condition Inspection (ACI) and Deep Look parts forecasting processes.
  • Travel may also be required for field investigations and F100 site familiarization (approx. 10-15%)
  • The position requires close coordination with other Customer Support Engineers (CSEs), the integrated product team including Engineering, as well as Field Service Representatives supporting customers and suppliers around the world
  • Support F100 Technical Order manuals changes for hot section hardware (assembly, disassembly, inspection, and repair)
  • Manage and track schedules for F100 Deficiency Reports (investigations) to ensure on-time delivery
  • The candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ideal candidate would have excellent presentation skills in order to present technical issues and propose solutions during both internal and customer meetings
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks while working independently

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
