What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in the day-to-day operations
- Work closely with process & equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, do troubleshooting and perform routine check and shift duties to ensure production goals 100% meet
- Schedule manpower/equipment allocation for maximum throughput, minimum equipment idle time, and finally meet 100% on-time delivery by order
- Timely resolve issues, deal with emergencies, 6S implementation
- Understand equipments’ capacity and constrain, manage Bottleneck tools and key products moving
- Organize and coach training and certification, ensure operators get enough training and skills
- Participate in and monitor performance evaluation, cost reduction activities, and yield improvement project
- Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and do actions if needed for those violators
