- Painting & Decorating

- Furniture moves porterage
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
- Escort sub-contractors
- To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.

Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Woking - £21 per hour
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Woking. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties, a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment. Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
