- Operate and maintain shop equipment, including CNC routers, welders (MIG/TIG), laser cutters, large-format printers, and hand tools.
- Interpret technical drawings and vector files to fabricate signage components to exact specifications.
- Fabricate with various materials such as aluminum, acrylic, wood, and steel.
- Assemble and weld signage structures with a high level of finish and durability.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the shop.
- Support inventory tracking and material management as needed.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure finished pieces meet visual and structural standards.

FABRICATION TECHNICIAN
The Fabrication Technician brings creative visions to life by executing custom signage projects from concept to installation-ready components. The technician plays a vital role in shop organization, safety, and production quality, making this a hands-on, detail-oriented position suited for a motivated maker.
