We're looking for a motivated Fabricator/Assembler to join our Structures Division in Bow, NH. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading technical drawings, and building high-quality products as part of a skilled team, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum structural components according to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, and shop drawings.
- Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using a variety of electric, pneumatic, and powered tools, including band saws, radial saws, and upcut saws.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move materials and finished products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- We are happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
