$20+/hr, based on experience

What You'll Do:
As a Fabrication Technician, you'll work alongside experienced fabricators and glaziers to prepare glass and metal products before they head out to the field.
Your day may include:
 

• Reading fabrication drawings and measurements
• Cutting, assembling, and preparing frames
• Handling and transporting glass safely
• Repairing or replacing damaged materials
• Operating shop equipment and hand tools
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Supporting deliveries and material handling when needed

What We're Looking For:
 

• 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Able to pass required pre-employment screenings
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation

✅ Have fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or shop experience (preferred)
✅ Can read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
✅ Pay attention to the little things that make a big difference
✅ Enjoy working as part of a team

What to Expect:
Let's be honest: this isn't a desk job.  If your idea of exercise is getting paid to be active while working, then you'll fit right in. You'll be:
 

• Standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day
• Frequently lifting and carrying materials (up to 75 lbs. or more)
• Working around tools, machinery, dust, and shop noise
• Wearing proper PPE and always following safety procedures
