  • Provides complex administrative support to facility operations, exercising considerable discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Coordinates various programs under the California Unruh Civil Rights Act and other laws addressing the rights of people with disabilities.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking facilities support and information.
  • Provides administrative support to the Facilities organization, manage office functions including: work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, database management, daily office operations, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, maintaining office records, and providing general support services for the divisional staff.
  • May oversee outside contractors in support of the Facilities Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.

  • Ensure the privacy of each patient’s Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Build collaborate relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives

Pay Range is $45.93 to $64.29 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
