The R&M Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming Facilities work orders within assigned regions, ensuring timely dispatch, coordination, and resolution of repair and maintenance requests. This role partners closely with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive efficient execution, clear communication, and adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Work Order Review & Qualification Review all incoming work orders to determine dispatch eligibility based on lease responsibility, warranty coverage, business programs, and urgency.

· Vendor Dispatch & Coordination Dispatch, confirming scope of work, timelines (ETA), and follow-through to ensure timely service delivery.
