What you'll do

  • Manage regional office managers, employees, and contractors who keep EMEA field offices running smoothly
  • Oversee daily facility operations: reception, visitor/guest access, mail and shipping, and ad-hoc administrative services
  • Serve as the primary contact for EMEA emergency communications, including after-hours availability for facilities emergencies
  • Support field office construction, renovation, and furniture/equipment installation projects, coordinating with the Sr. Manager, EMEA & APJ
  • Manage capacity planning, employee moves, and cross-functional move meetings; partner with corporate space planning to keep EMEA space data accurate
  • Maintain all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in safe, ready-to-use condition
  • Manage facilities-related procurement of supplies and services at each location
  • Own the refinement and management of facilities and office budgets across the region
  • Develop and maintain repair and preventive maintenance programs in partnership with peers in other regions
  • Partner with the Safety and Security Programs Manager on Health & Safety programs, emergency response planning, and emergency action plans, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Support office events in coordination with the HR Events team

The Role

As Facilities Manager, EMEA, you'll lead facilities operations across Proofpoint's fast-growing EMEA region — managing field offices, office managers, and building-related services.

This role calls for strong project management skills, experience leading remote teams and vendors, and the communication skills to work effectively with employees, business leaders, executives, landlords, and local authorities.

Your day to day

Team & Operations Leadership
