  • Co ordinates with FSA the daily tasks required and responding to reactive tickets and PPMs throughout the day and according to SLAs
  • Support customers with issues and ensure any requests are channeled through the Service now / Famis tools
  • Provide a friendly, helpful, engaging approach to team members and customers
  • Supports with all areas of workplace support to ensure services are functioning and providing best workplace experience – these tasks include but not limited to :
  • Moves, changes and exits
  • General upkeep of all workplace areas such as games rooms, workstations, meeting rooms and common areas
  • Management of office supplies and stationery points
  • Furniture moves as required
  • Mailroom deliveries adhoc
  • Meeting room checks and floor walk checks
  • Monthly van assistance
  • General maintenance and repair of internal and external fabric and equipment

Job Title

Facilities Operative

Job Description Summary

The Facilities Operative is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the Workday client. This individual shall provide a positive experience at the client’s offices, ensuring the building is functional, safe and providing a great workplace experience.
Performs a variety of operational functions in support of the Facility Services organization and in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, guidelines, and objectives. This position provides support in the areas of room moves and changes, maintenance tasks, some reactive ticket solutioning, and ensuring all customer facing areas are ready for receiving customers throughout the day, providing all services as per FM provision.
