Facility Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance work of the company's equipment and timely diagnose and repair the problem according to the maintenance order; do preventive maintenance work, and reduce the losses caused by equipment such as downtime in the workshop; 
• Organisation and hands on execution of daily maintenance tasks, cooperate with maintenance colleagues to excute the daily inspection of equipment repair, find problems in time and deal with hidden dangers to achieve keeping the machines in good conditions.
• Strictly and timely complete the documents and records for all kinds of maintenance/ repair work, to ensure that maintenance records are traceable.
• Strictly follow all company rules of FSS, FES and HSE rules,  and strongly cooperate the HSE requirement, uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) properly and take part in the HSE training actively. Discover and report the potential safety hazard, near miss and accidents, active participation in improving the safety culture (Zero accidents).
• Submit the spare parts procurement application form according to the inventory situation, responsible for the acceptance of spare parts and the submission of urgent spare parts and make sure that the maintenance material is complete and in a good shape.
• Proactively to promote technological innovation, improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and actively participate in the daily improvement of the maintenance routines and the machines.
• Supplier management, establish and continuously evaluate and update the qualified supplier list,  supervise and improve the  safety awareness of the suppliers.
• Conform to quality and environmental management policy, manual, standard operating procedures and work instructions and continued improvement.
• Participate in official acceptance processes for the buildings and machineries.
• Ensure the 5S cleaning of the maintenance workshop and associated areas.
• Strictly follow company rules regarding know how control and data confidentiality.
• Responsible for the identification and assessment of environmental factors during the maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least having a technical school education level.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Professional mechanical equipment and component installation, repair and maintenance knowledge. (especially motors, pumps, doors, valves)
• Skilled in using drilling machines, cutting machines, polishing machines, etc.
• Good organizational skills, analytical, ability to work independently and structured.
• Good time management skills, friendly, service-oriented, dynamic.
• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Annual Salary: RMB 90,000-130,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
