- Demonstrated ability to access, analyze, and apply medical literature to clinical practice

The program supports 16 residents per year and provides the resources needed to foster a strong academic environment. At the same time, you will maintain your own outpatient practice and continue delivering high-quality community-based care.
Position Highlights
- Full-time Core Faculty position within an established Family Medicine Residency Program
- Outpatient Family Medicine practice with direct patient care responsibilities
- Teach and supervise residents in the ambulatory setting
- Serve as an advisor, mentor, and role model for Family Medicine residents
- Develop and participate in resident didactic education
- Present educational sessions and participate in resident journal clubs
- Mentor residents on senior projects and participate in research activities
- Contribute to ACGME-required scholarly activity
- Participate in resident recruitment, including application review, interviews, and recruitment events
- Residency program maintains 16 residents annually
- Full complement of support staff available at the training site
- OB/GYN provider located within the facility
- Onsite laboratory and radiology services
