FBS Sr UX Designer

Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:

·       Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.

·       Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.

Requirements

Experience:

·       8 years of experience.

Skills:

·       Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)

·       Bachelor's degree Marketing, Product Design, Graphic Design.

·       User Experience Design – Advanced

·       Design research & synthesis – Advanced

·       Design strategy – Intermediate

·       Presentation Skills – Intermediate

·       Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced

·       Figma - Advanced

·       AI - Intermediate
