Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Installer to install, service, and maintain interior and exterior commercial signage and graphics. This position requires working at customer locations, operating installation equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior signs, graphics, and displays.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on existing signage.
• Interpret site plans, work orders, and installation drawings.
• Operate ladders, aerial lifts, and installation equipment safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers on-site.
• Complete installation documentation and project reports.
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Assist with sign fabrication and preparation when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of installation, construction, signage, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and installation drawings.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent travel to customer locations.
