What you'll do
- Follow all workplace safety standards and report incidents or near misses.
- Adhere to WI/SOPs and ensure safe work through Permit to Work (PTW), Hot Work Permit (HWP), and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
- Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas.
- Follow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs.
- Support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants.
- Execute PM activities, attend breakdowns, and support RCA/CAPA actions.
- Inspect equipment, report issues, and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Support shift work and emergency maintenance when required.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification works.
- Ensure contractor safety compliance and proper permit processes.
- Participate in Kaizen and improvement initiatives.

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical training
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plant equipment
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks
- Flexibility to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance when required
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Basic mechanical and plumbing knowledge with troubleshooting capability.
Nice to have
- Understanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantage

Job Description
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

- Follow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs.

Maintenance Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants.
