About this role

Responsibilities

· Plan and manage the deployment activities for project within area of responsibility, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.

· Responsible to execute and processes to keep the deployment activities on track

· Manages teams of subcontractors to implement network equipment and applications, from assembly and power up, through validation and commissioning.

· Monitor and control services delivery through operational KPIs

· Proactively anticipates and implements deployment competencies

· Ensures deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts

· Collects information to provide latest estimates to completion

· Ensures that schedules and forecasts are kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders

Knowledge & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related field with 3–6 years of experience in telecom network deployment or field operations.

· Proven experience in managing field deployment activities ensuring delivery within contractual scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

· Strong experience in supervising subcontractor teams responsible for installation, integration, commissioning, and validation of telecom network equipment and applications.

· Ability to execute deployment plans and enforce field processes to keep rollout activities on track and aligned with project schedules.

· Experience in monitoring and controlling service delivery using operational KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.

· Strong capability in schedule management and forecasting, ensuring plans are fact-based, updated, and accurately communicated to stakeholders.

· Ability to collect and analyze field execution data to provide updated estimates to completion (ETC) and identify delivery risks.
