  • Understands and follow Respectful Workplace rules.
  • Follow all applicable laws, arrive for assignments on time and follow all MCI/New Flyer travel policies.
  • Regularly travel to work site locations to oversee, understand and support field operations.
  • Be visible to field technicians and mechanics at their work sites.
  • Participate and support all meeting architecture applicable to MCI/New Flyer field operations.
  • Oversee training plan for field technicians.
  • Organize and lead warranty repair, PDI and retrofit technician teams.
  • Communicate the status of field operations daily to the Regional Product Support Managers and Regional Director.
  • Acts as interim site manager during RPSM-s absence as assigned.
  • Report all issues affecting MCI product or business to the Regional Product Support Managers.
  • Review iBus website regularly.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the supervision of all field operations executed by MCI. Executes on and oversees a field plan that exceeds the contract requirements for PDI, warranty and retrofit work. Establish and manage a strong, successful customer relationship that ensures MCI successfully receives awards for future orders.

*Daily travel to various customer sites required

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Annual Range: $90,000 - $115,000
