Field Sales Representative

Now we are looking for a Field Sales Representative in our office in Magdeburg!

What you will do:

• Attract of new clients and develop of relationships with customers;
• Sell Road services (mainly) but Ocean/Air/Rail will be a good advantage;
• Work with existing clients;
• Recognize customer needs;
• Conduct business negotiations;
• Make preparation and submission of commercial offers;
• Provide the relevant expert knowledge across solutions and logistics industry;
• Use CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;
• Achieve and exceeding sales targets.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on road freight services;
• Experience in new business development, including client acquisition;
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
• Solid understanding of customer needs and solution-based selling;
• Strong skills in business negotiations and closing deals;
• Experience in preparing commercial offers and pricing solutions;
• Experience working with CRM systems for managing pipeline and client activity; 
• Excellent knowledge of English and German;
• Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills;
• Proactivity and responsibility;
• Good team-working competences.
