What you'll do

  • Install, commission, and configure FP franking equipment at customer premises.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Collect old equipment and deliver Folder Inserter Machines.

  • Full UK driving licence.

FP Mailing UK is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Engineer to join our Service team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and supporting FP's mailing and shipping solutions at customer sites across your designated Southeast region.


As the face of the business, you will deliver high-quality technical support, ensuring our customers receive an excellent service experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism and efficiency.

  • Technical qualification or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Note: This position is mostly remote in the UK, but our office is based in Dartford, Kent, and an additional duty of field engineers is to attend the office to assist in repairs and quotes for Dealers.
