What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the team.
- Oversee daily field service operations
- Enter daily huddle number (includes: sales, sold hour, MTD, TGLS, & HG sold)
- Navigate customer complaints/concerns to reach an agreement/understanding.
- Gather equipment/materials needed for Installs- for installers to be able to gather & go.
- Answer questions regarding WaterFurnace geothermal ( as best as possible) for customers and sales people.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the right technicians and resources are assigned to each job
- Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, service quality, and overall department performance
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians
- Identify training needs and help technicians continue developing their skills
- Ensure OSHA, safety, and company standards are followed
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and controlling service-related expenses
- Partner with dispatch, sales, technicians, and leadership to improve operations
- Identify problems quickly and implement solutions
- Build a positive, accountable, high-performing service team
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service work
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing KPIs, productivity, revenue, and service performance
- Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA and field safety requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
