Founteyn is bringing its connected beverage platform to the United States. One smart system brings coffee, water, soft drinks, and more together, with hot, cold, still, and sparkling options.

To help make the US rollout a technical success, we are looking for an Field Service & Operations Engineer who can turn complex requirements into reliable, practical solutions.

You will support technical evaluations, system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and communication between customers, service partners, commercial teams, and engineering.

This is a hands-on role in real customer environments. You will understand how the system is used, identify technical requirements, solve issues at the source, and translate field insights into improvements for both the product and the customer experience.

You may be a strong match when you:

• Have a technical or engineering background, preferably in electromechanical systems, connected equipment, appliances, or field applications
• Know how to turn customer needs and technical requirements into practical, reliable solutions
• Approach testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in a structured and methodical way
• Communicate clearly with customers, service partners, commercial teams, and engineers
• Are comfortable working in real customer environments and taking ownership when technical challenges arise
• Document findings accurately and translate field insights into clear improvement actions
• Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where products, processes, and technical standards are still being developed
• Want to play a key role in building the technical foundation for Founteyn’s growth in the United States
