| Performing PM on field as Per Customer Schedule |
| Take snaps of Serial Number Sticker |
| Capture aging of AC/DC Capacitors & Batteries as well |
| firmware Versions |
| Generating Manual PM Report indiacting PM Call ID in Report & Sharing to Customer Via Email with prescribe format |
| Closer of PM Call in FSM App duly signed by Customers (Automated getting link in CMS) |
| Manual uploading on PM Report against each Call ID |
| Appreciation Email from Customers |
| Once Closer of PM Call in FSM App, Within 3 days Qualtrics Customer Survey gets Trigger to Customer Email ID |
| Lead generation to Service sale team |
| Power analysers |
| Hioki Battery impedance Meter |
| Breakdown Call Fix |
| Spare Part list including Part Codes (Model Wise) |
