Role Overview
The Field Support Engineer will play a critical on-floor role in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations by providing real-time support for MES, production systems, and connected devices. Working in rotating 12-hour shifts, the role will help minimize downtime, resolve technical issues quickly, and maintain device and system health across the plant.
