We are looking for an experienced and proactive Field Technical Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will provide technical expertise during site maintenance shutdowns, support customers in the use and troubleshooting of our mineral processing equipment and conduct regular on-site visits to deliver hands-on assistance.

This is an engaging position that blends technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and sales.

This is a full-time field-based role, based Perth reporting to the DELOKOR Aftermarket & Services Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide service, maintenance, and technical support during field visits and shutdowns.

  • Undertake customer visits to promote company’s goods and services

  • Train and educate customer operators on safe and correct plant operation.

  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Manage installations, repairs, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance services.

  • Maintain site visit schedules and produce timely service reports.

  • Identify opportunities to grow business at customer sites.

  • Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with customers.

  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of products and services.

  • Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and collaborate with the technical team.

Your Profile

  • Field service experience in the mineral processing industry.

  • Strong troubleshooting, repair, and technical support skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Team player with initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with mobile tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexible to work varying schedules and meet site requirements.
