Job Description

To provide support to ensure that the laboratories run efficiently, this is inclusive but not limited to running routine Biochemistry bloods, Sperm and dish preparation for ART procedures, Diagnostic Andrology analysis, lab maintenance and cleaning, stock control, record maintenance and preparation of samples, as well as transports and disposals.

Core Requirements:

· Day to day support of the laboratory including:

- Conducting laboratory maintenance and cleaning

- Monitor laboratory stock/supplies

- Inventory Control and Ordering of Lab Supplies

- Preparation of paperwork for procedures

- Running Routine Biochemistry bloods

- Sperm and Dish preparation for ART procedures

- Cryobank maintenance assistance, including discarding of gametes and embryos in accordance to protocols and transportation of samples to other clinics

- May be required to assist with the training of new technical officers

- Participate in administrative cross-training between departments

- Andrology diagnostic training

- Participation in rotational weekend roster and public holidays

- Other reasonable duties as directed by your manager

Qualifications

- Scientific Degree

- General admin/reception skills required

- Previous experience in Fertility Clinic is ideal
