What you'll do

  • Prepare weekly Net Sales reporting and support in-month sales tracking across the UK and Ireland.
  • Prepare Customer P&Ls and support Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Produce sell-in vs sell-out reporting and support customer and promotional analysis.
  • Support Gross-to-Net reporting, month-end accruals, budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain marketing, OPEX and customer reporting trackers.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) reporting against budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and improve standardised Excel reporting tools, models and templates across North West Europe.
  • Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and easy to use across different markets.
  • Work with commercial and finance colleagues on ad-hoc analysis and data requests.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate repetitive processes using Excel, Power BI and other tools.

What you’ll be doing

As Finance Analyst – NWE, you’ll support our Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis and day-to-day finance activities across the region.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious and keen to build a career in commercial finance.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another numerate discipline.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working collaboratively and building relationships with stakeholders.
