  • Maintain AGAT's rent and lease schedules and ensure information remains accurate and current.
  • Monitor lease obligations, renewal dates and rent payments.
  • Coordinate documentation and communications with landlords and property management representatives.
  • Handle confidential corporate and financial information with professionalism and discretion.

As a Finance & Administration Coordinator, you will provide key administrative and coordination support across AGAT's corporate operations while working closely with the Controller, Accounting team, employees, managers, vendors and service providers.
