We are undertaking a significant ERP transformation essential to positioning our rapidly growing, ASX-listed organisation for long-term success. We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst to join us to support the successful integration of SAP across a complex contract and project delivery environment. About the role
You will support project delivery across accounting and operational finance functions of our SAP S/4HANA implementation for our service-based business. You will work closely with the business transformation team to ensure the Utilities business is represented and to identify improvements before system implementation.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborating with Finance and Business teams to ensure requirements are captured.
Supporting change management activities by documenting process changes and their business impact.
Assisting with data cleansing, data mapping, and construction of data files.
Assisting with the coordination of multiple Stakeholders for data gathering and consolidation.
Assisting with UAT.
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure finance-related business requirements are integrated across different workstreams.
Providing insights into potential risks and dependencies during the project.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Finance (FI/CO) projects.
Hands-on experience with Finance (FI/CO) modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
Experience with system implementation projects and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of integration points between Finance and other modules (e.g. PS, MM, SD).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced project environment.
Tertiary or SAP related certifications would be highly regarded.
