Homebased with occasional office visits

12 Months fixed term contract | Full time hours

We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to join Xyla who are an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system.

This is a project based role where you'll collaborate with our finance and operations teams to identify opportunities in optimising how we work with ICB billing and contract management portals.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a project to optimise how Xyla works with ICB billing and contract management portals, identifying process improvements that reduce payment delays and support efficient revenue collection.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for IEG4 billing systems, supporting operational, billing and credit control teams to improve portal utilisation and compliance.

  • Work closely with our finance and operations teams to review end-to-end billing processes, resolve system and process challenges, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Analyse contract, invoicing and payment workflows, ensuring rate changes, service variations and contractual requirements are accurately reflected within customer portals to maximise billing accuracy and cash collection.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with IEG4 billing and contract management portals.

  • Strong understanding of NHS, ICB or healthcare finance operations, including invoicing, contract management, billing or credit control processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience working in a finance business partnering role.
