What you'll do
- Support the CFO with the day-to-day finance and accounting requirements of the business.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Prepare and process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements in line with company procedures.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations and other monthly financial reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Role Overview
The Finance Executive supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, effective financial controls and reliable reporting. The role works closely with the CFO and relevant internal stakeholders to support the company's financial management and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO with the day-to-day finance and accounting requirements of the business.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
Prepare and process supplier payments and employee expense reimbursements in line with company procedures.
