Finance Manager

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing and related statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards for business reporting.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and other financial systems.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team.

Eligibility

• CA Qualified / CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant finance experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
