Decile Group (https://decilegroup.com) builds the infrastructure that powers venture capital firms. Our platform, Decile Hub, is used by hundreds of fund managers to run their operations, manage LPs, and make investments. We're a fintech company growing fast, and we need someone to keep our internal finance and people operations running at the same standard we hold our product to.
This is not a traditional accounting or HR job. You will be working in a modern, cloud-native stack (Rippling, QuickBooks, Ignition), supporting a team that moves quickly, and owning processes end to end from day one. If your experience is primarily in large enterprises, government, or non-profits, this role will likely feel like a poor fit.
