What You'll Own

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group.

• Manage treasury, liquidity, working capital, and movement of funds.

• Own and improve receivables, payables, reporting, and compliance processes, with automation where it adds value.

• Build financial models, dashboards, and reporting using AI and technology to improve speed and visibility.

• Partner with leadership to explain the numbers and guide business decisions.

• Ensure corporate tax and VAT are properly incorporated into finance processes.

• Contribute to MoonTech’s fintech-platform direction.

• Grow into a Team Captain, setting standards and helping the wider team level up.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4+ years of relevant finance experience.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cash management, and financial operations.

• Strong analytical skills and genuine aptitude for numbers.

• Comfortable improving processes and using automation/AI where useful.

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and taking ownership.
