Role and Responsibilities

• The Finance Specialist will support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, financial closing, and inventory management. This position is open to both entry-level candidates and junior professionals (up to Senior Associate level) who are eager to develop their career in corporate finance. 
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable Support: Support AR billing, collections, and vendor invoice processing (AP approval process).
  • Financial Closing & Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and run regular financial reports.
  • Inventory Control & Audit: Participate in regular physical inventory counts and assist in processing inventory write-offs/write-ons.
  • Audit Support & Compliance: Help prepare documentation and support requests for internal and external audits.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Support: Assist with administrative financial tasks and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: 0–4 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a related business field.
• Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior work experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred to facilitate communication with headquarters or regional teams.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $105,000 and $115,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
