By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, fully from the office from Bucharest or Brasov for the first 6 month, followed by a hybrid setup.

How you’ll make an impact:

Account Payable activities

• Processing invoices;
• Working in various applications (such as Oracle, SAP);
• Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers;
• Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time.

Collections activities

• Manage customers’ expectations;
• Reconcile client’s accounts;
• Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
• Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel);
• Solves situations related to policies and holder's queries with the help of specific finance procedures;
• Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction;

Required Qualifications: 

• Advanced proficiency in Polish & English;

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma;

• Strong communication skills;

• Previou experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance operations would be a plus;

• You are a team-player, reliable and proactive.
