Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to serve as a key link between accounting and business operations. Unlike traditional technical compliance roles, this position is highly focused on business performance, expense management, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and direct partnership with department leaders to drive operational efficiency.

This role is responsible for ensuring monthly internal financial statements are prepared accurately and issued on time, while overseeing several key accounting areas across the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, strategic, and an effective leader. What You’ll Do:

The starting pay range for this position is:

$120,500.00 - $160,800.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
