  • Work with technicians, inspectors, fitters, and field personnel to maintain appropriate inventory levels and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable fire and life safety codes, reporting requirements, and company standards.
  • Support National Account customers by ensuring consistent service execution across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve operational issues and strengthen customer relationships.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the inspection, testing, maintenance, service, and installation of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire suppression, fire extinguisher. This role ensures operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee development, and profitability across all service lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
