Job Description

In a nutshell

You'll shape and drive Red Bull's global fitness media strategy across content development, channel programming, communications, and partnerships, helping to build a distinctive and impactful presence in the fitness space. Through authentic and engaging storytelling, you'll strengthen brand awareness, highlight product functionality, and create meaningful connections with consumers. By bringing fitness marketing assets to life through compelling content and experiences, you'll inspire audiences around the world and reinforce Red Bull's position as a leading lifestyle brand.

Leveraging editorial excellence, audience insights, and innovative distribution strategies, you'll maximize the reach and relevance of fitness content across channels. Working closely with internal and external partners, you'll create ownable platforms and partnerships that differentiate Red Bull from the competition while engaging core fitness enthusiasts, casual participants, and new audiences alike.

 

Fitness Media Strategy

In this role, you'll define and drive Red Bull's holistic fitness media strategy, setting clear priorities based on consumer insights and an audience-first approach. By focusing resources on the most impactful initiatives, you'll engage core, casual, and new audiences while driving sustainable growth. In close partnership with Sports Marketing, you'll translate fitness initiatives into compelling media products with the right messaging, storytelling, and brand integration.

You'll champion the development of authentic, ownable, and innovative content formats that build cultural relevance, strengthen brand love, and expand audience reach. Through bold storytelling, innovative distribution, and data-driven decision-making, you'll identify new opportunities for growth while shaping the role of Red Bull-owned channels, third-party platforms, creators, and strategic partners. At the same time, you'll safeguard the brand's reputation, anticipate potential risks, and ensure Red Bull remains differentiated and at the forefront of the fitness landscape.

 

Market Collaboration

You'll serve as the key point of contact for markets around the world, providing guidance, sharing best practices, and enabling continuous knowledge exchange. By fostering strong collaboration across global, regional, and local teams, you'll create synergies that maximize both relevance and reach.

Together with markets and global stakeholders, you'll identify powerful local stories and elevate them into compelling narratives with global impact.

 

Stakeholder Management

You'll build strong relationships across the organization, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and functions. Working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Content, Distribution, Channel, Creator Marketing, Production, Insights, Partnerships, Music Services, and beyond, you'll drive alignment, unlock opportunities, and maximize the impact of Red Bull's fitness initiatives.

Through effective collaboration with external partners, you'll create mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to shared success.

 

Budget & Resource Management

You'll manage budgets and resources responsibly, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities and optimized to deliver maximum impact. By balancing financial discipline with ambitious objectives, you'll enable the successful execution of key fitness initiatives and long-term growth opportunities.

 

Team Leadership

In this role, you'll lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity around priorities, roles, and responsibilities. Through coaching, empowerment, and continuous development, you'll help team members reach their full potential.

You'll foster a culture built on creativity, collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding results and drives innovation across the fitness space.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
